How does billing work?
Your membership is charged when you join and then every month (or year) on the same date. It renews by itself until you cancel, and you can see your next payment in your account.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Pause from your account when you travel or need a break; you aren't charged while paused and your next payment moves back by the days you're away. See the membership policy for how long and how often.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account. Your membership runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I add reformer to my mat membership?
Yes. Unlimited Mat members can add reformer classes for a monthly add-on, or buy reformer class packs as they go.
What happens to classes I don't use?
Plans with a set number of classes (like 4 a month) start fresh each billing period. Unused classes don't carry over, and a class you cancel in time goes back into your month.
Is there a student rate?
Yes, Student Unlimited Mat is a discounted monthly membership with the same unlimited mat classes and perks.
Should I try the studio first?
If you're new, start with two weeks of unlimited mat classes for $50, then choose a membership once you know what you love.
