My own journey has been one of mental, physical, and even emotional growth as I’ve overcome obstacles and become a stronger version of myself through the practice and teaching of Pilates and yoga. I look forward to sharing more of this with all of you and guiding you as you grow through this experience. Over the weeks of training, you will build the kind of knowledge, technique, and confidence that turns a student into a teacher — whether or not you are using it to teach others or just to build your own independence.
