Membership Policy

Life happens. You can pause or cancel your membership yourself, any time, from My Account → Membership.

Pausing

• Pause for 1 to 14 days at a time, starting today or on a date you choose.
• One pause every 3 months, counted from the day a pause starts.
• You aren't charged while paused. Your next payment moves back by the days you're paused.
• Membership bookings and member pricing are on hold while you're paused.
• Your membership restarts by itself on the day you choose. Come back early any time and only the days you were away count.

Cancelling

• Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends. You won't be charged again.
• Payments already made aren't refunded.
• Changed your mind? Keep your membership from your account any time before it ends.
• Cancelling while paused: it ends once the pause is over and the time you've paid for has run out.
