20 minutes from Niagara Falls
Worth the drive
We welcome Falls residents looking for a smaller, more personal studio, and visitors who want to keep up their practice while they're in Niagara.
Reformer classes are capped at 5 people, so even if you've never been on a reformer you'll get hands-on guidance from the first exercise. Visiting for a weekend? Drop into a $25 mat yoga class or book a reformer drop-in, then spend the afternoon in wine country along Niagara Stone Road.
