Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario
A boutique movement studio dedicated to helping you build strength, move better, and feel at home in your body.
Certified Instructor & Founder
Stephanie has been passionate about pilates and yoga since her early teens, when she first discovered how movement could keep her toned, flexible, and energized alongside other activities like running and walking.
Over the years, that early curiosity grew into a deep conviction: that a consistent movement practice — one that works with the body rather than against it — is one of the most powerful things a person can do for their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Steph opened Refine Pilates & Yoga in Niagara-on-the-Lake to create a space where that belief could become real for others. A studio that is small enough to feel personal, skilled enough to produce real results, and welcoming enough that anyone — beginner or experienced practitioner — feels at home from day one.

Common Questions
Yes — all Reformer classes at Refine welcome beginners. Our Intro Pass (5 classes for $100) gives you time to learn the equipment at your own pace with hands-on guidance from Steph.
Reformer classes are capped at 5 clients per session. This small size ensures every student gets precise form correction and personalized attention.
Comfortable, form-fitting activewear you can move freely in. Grip socks are welcome for Reformer classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first Reformer session.
Yes. Private and semi-private Reformer sessions can be tailored for rehabilitation and recovery. Your instructor adapts exercises to your specific needs and goals.
The Reformer uses a spring-loaded carriage that adds resistance to every movement, enabling a wider range of exercises for core strength, flexibility, and alignment. Mat pilates uses bodyweight only. Both are excellent — the Reformer is especially valuable for rehabilitation and precise resistance work.
