11:45 AM- Realign Pilates

A guided pilates session to reconnect your body and core

12:30 PM- Reset Your Nutrition

An education nutrition session with Dr. Andrea, ND focused on simple, sustainable healthy eating habits that support metabolism, energy & hormones

12:00 PM- Nourishing Lunch

1:30 PM- Nature Walk

A gentle hike to reconnect with nature & clear the mind

3:00 PM- Restore & Reflect

A short yoga stretch followed by quiet journalling & reflection time

3:30- 4PM- Closing circle
