Life happens — the challenge is designed to fit around your schedule, not the other way around. Weekly content stays accessible and you can catch up at your own pace. Consistency over perfection.
Movement classes are in-studio at Refine. Weekly nutrition guides, wellness content, and accountability check-ins are delivered digitally so you can access them anytime.
The challenge kicks off June 23, 2025. The 8-week programme runs through August 17, with the outdoor finale event on Saturday August 22 at Port Dalhousie.
Each week includes simple meal ideas aligned to the movement theme, healthy grocery swaps, one key wellness tip, and practical habit tools. No meal plans, no tracking apps — just real food advice that works alongside your movement.
The 4-week option covers the first half — reset, strength, core, and full body flow. The full 8-week programme takes you through the complete transformation arc, including the outdoor finale event on August 22. Most participants find the second half is where habits really click.
